Dong Quai
Dong Quai Root" is a traditional Chinese herbal remedy derived from the root of the Angelica sinensis plant. It is often used in traditional medicine to support women's health.
Blood nourishment: May improve circulation, reduce anemia symptoms, support recovery from blood loss.
Fertility tonic (preconception): In TCM, tonifies uterus, improves uterine tone/blood flow; popular for PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, or stagnation-related infertility. Some fertility sources call it a strong "female tonic" for preconception use.

Tea:
1–2 slices of dried Dong Quai root (or 1 tablespoon of Dong Quai tea pieces)

Instructions:
