Once an order or purchase has been made it is final. We do not offer returns & refunds.

If a product that has been delivered was damaged in the shipping process. Buyer must provide proof sent via email to support@naturescleanse.com

Once it is reviewed a replacement process or refund will be initiated.

Buyers Policy Guidelines

Buyers are responsible for providing a valid, and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Buyers are not allowed to change an address after a purchase is made!

If a buyer wants to change address after a purchase is made. Buyer must contact the postal service to either redirect the package to a new address or return the package to us(the sender). Nature's Cleanse is not responsible for contacting the postal service regarding this type of matter and is upon the buyer to do so. Additionally, new shipping costs or new expenses required by the postal service for this matter must be paid by the buyer.

For claims of non-delivery (lost or stolen packages)

Please OPEN AN INVESTIGATION/INQUIRY with the USPS to have the package located before contacting us. After you submit your inquiry with USPS or postal service, contact us with the Service Request Number given to you by USPS or postal service and the results of the investigation. If your order is unable to be located by USPS, and it is not due to any fault of yours, you MAY be given a one-time courtesy reshipment of your order at our discretion.
