Directions:
1. Rinse Sea Moss with Spring Water to remove any naturally occurring debris. Sand, Salt, etc.
2. Place Sea Moss into a bowl & add Spring Water. Soak for 12-24 hours. You may soak with Lime or Lemon as an option.
3. Rinse well once again! Then add the now soft/slippery Sea Moss to a blender with Spring Water in a ratio of 1 cup of Sea Moss to 1.5-2 cups of Water. If too thick add more Water.
4. This bag of Sea Moss can make over 53oz of gel & will be good for about 6-8 weeks in the refrigerator & 1 year in the freezer.
